Flyer Guidelines for Friday Folders
Each Friday morning there is a team of volunteers who work hard collating and stuffing Friday Folders. In order to make their job easier and ensure inclusion of your flyer, please follow these simple steps:
- Include the McKinley School PTA letterhead somewhere on your document. To download the letterhead graphics, click here.
- All flyers must be approved by Dr. Dale Bernardoni and the Melissa Bonet.
- FREE copies of your flyer can be made at the Board of Education (BOE) Offices, Kings Highway, 2nd floor. You can make copies elsewhere, but at your own expense.
- 450 copies are needed. McKinley School's code for BOE copier is 0075#.
- Flyers must be in main office near PTA box before 9:00 a.m. on Fridays for inclusion in any Friday Folders collation.
- If you would like your flyer included as part of the ENews and/or this website, please send a copy in Acrobat PDF or Microsoft Word to Wes Greenop and Rich Luciano.
