Friday Folders Flyers must be approved by our Principal, Dr. Dale Bernardoni and PTA President, Melissa Bonet.
450 copies of flyers are needed and must be in the school office at 9:00 a.m. on Friday morning for inclusion in the Friday Folders.
Take ample notes and keep them in a special folder so that your folder can be passed on to the future chairperson for this event. It will help make her/his job easier.
Melissa Bonet and chairpersons must discuss details of contracts with outside businesses before Melissa Bonet signs the contracts.
At the end of the event give the Volunteer Coordinators, Jill Kellerman or Tracey Rosato, a list of the people who helped you. The PTA maintains a database of all those who help. This information will be used to recruit volunteers for other events and help prepare the guest list for the Volunteer Breakfast in June.
Please return your folder with notes at the conclusion of your event to the Volunteer Coordinators, Jill Kellerman or Tracey Rosato.
