Craft Fair
The McKinley School PTA is pleased once again to invite exhibitors to participate in our Craft Fair on November 21, 2009. We’re happy to be hosting a quality fair in our beautiful school. Last year's 2008 McKinley Holiday Craft Fair was a success with over 40 exhibitors.
To obtain application information regarding the fair, click on the forms below. There you’ll find all the necessary forms and information needed to enroll. Our entry deadline is October 1, 2009. To find out more about our school, click on “About McKinley School”.
Exhibitor space will be assigned on a “first come first served basis,” based on the date that the signed Exhibitor Agreement, Space Reservation Application, photos, and full payment are received. Our goal is to also have a diverse array of exhibitor products so that those exhibitors who reserve early receive priority if too many later exhibitors with similar products also look to reserve space. Accordingly, the McKinley School PTA reserves the right to not execute the Exhibitor Agreement and return any photos and payment received from any exhibitor applicant. In addition, if all documentation, (the Exhibitor Agreement, Space Reservation Application, photos and full space payment), are not received by October 1, 2009, the McKinley School PTA has the right to reassign any previously reserved space(s) to another exhibitor.
To maximize the fair’s success, we plan to rigorously promote through: press releases, magazine and newspaper ads, websites, flyers, and good old-fashioned, word-of-mouth.
With your participation, we intend to create a well-balanced, heavily attended fair. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact us.
