McKinley Pre-K Program
NOTE: As of 2011, there is no longer Pre-K at McKinley.
The McKinley Pre-K Program is open to children throughout the district who are selected based on a combination of factors including economic need, English language needs, and family household structure.
The program is primarily designed for four year olds and financed entirely with federal "Title 1" funding. Students in the preschool program attend school five days a week for three hours per day. The first McKinley School preschoolers graduated in June 2006.
